Orchestrated the architecture and rollout of a proprietary LMS and full theory curriculum, replacing legacy paid rental platforms and establishing APIs with the RTA for automation, eliminating manual human effort.Recently lead the installation of digital pixelated screens across the facility.Also managing the RTA hazard perception research portal integration, ensuring compliance and seamless data flow. Overseeing cross-functional alignment between HR, IT, and Operations for 200+ staff.

Designed the complete cloud server architecture, configured and migrated the organization to Microsoft 365 (email, domain, security policies). Currently leading the deployment of an 88-camera surveillance and monitoring room setup across multiple warehouses, managing vendor selection, design, and implementation.

Led the end-to-end digital ecosystem launch: ERP, iOS/Android customer apps, and driver apps. Sourced and managed a cost-efficient development team, saving the company over 70k AED compared to market quotes. Defined business logic, fare policies, and access protocols, delivering a complete multi-platform transport solution under budget and ahead of schedule.
Architected a high-concurrency proprietary Learning Management System and designed the complete instructional curriculum (Articulate 360) — replacing third‑party platforms, automated manual daily tasks and entries and boosting student completion rates through automation integration with RTA systems APIs.
Managed the complete development of ERP, customer app, and driver app (iOS & Android). Sourced a remote team that delivered at a fraction of market cost, saving 70k+ AED while meeting all business requirements.
